1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 6 sztuk licencji Oracle Database Enterprise Edition wraz z poniżej określonymi funkcjonalnościami i wsparciem technicznym producenta na okres 36 miesięcy. Produkty objęte przedmiotowym zamówieniem mają charakter powszechnie dostępnych na rynku (typu Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU), które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
