1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wsparcia technicznego producenta oprogramowania na okres 36 miesięcy na posiadane przez Zamawiającego Oprogramowanie Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). Wsparcie techniczne producenta Oprogramowania objęte niniejszym postępowaniem stanowi usługę powszechnie dostępną na rynku (typu Commercial off-the-shelf - COTS). Przedmiot zamówienia nie obejmuje jakichkolwiek prac instalacyjnych czy konfiguracyjnych, a jedynie przedłużenie wsparcia producenta. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU), który stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
