Extension of the Submission Deadline
UNESCO is pleased to invite your organization to submit a quotation under RFQ Ref. RFQ-UA-26-35 for the design and implementation of the “Pilot Mobile Library and Literary Outreach Programme in Ukraine.”
The assignment includes programme design and coordination, operational and logistical management, implementation of mobile library services in cooperation with participating public libraries, organization of literary outreach activities, and preparation of monitoring and final reports.
Please find the Request for Quotation and Terms of Reference attached for your review.
Your quotation must be submitted in English and consist of two separate files:
Technical Proposal, including all required supporting documents;
Financial Proposal, including a detailed cost breakdown.
The complete quotation must be submitted no later than 17 August 2026 at 14:00 Kyiv time to:
