De gemeente Helmond wil voor de komende jaren (2027 – 2031) de ontwikkelkansen voor kinderen in het Helmondse onderwijs en de kinderopvang optimaliseren binnen de door de gemeenteraad gestelde kaders en binnen het Rijksbudget. We zoeken een partij die zorgt voor:

  • Organiseren en begeleiden van netwerken met onderwijs en kinderopvang
  • Beheren en actualiseren van een naslagwerk voor professionals
  • Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van professionaliseringsaanbod in samenwerking met VVE-aanbieders dat optimaal aansluit bij hun behoeften en bij de planning in praktijk van de kinderopvang.
  • Uitvoeren van de jaarlijkse scenarioberekening uurtarief Voorschoolse Educatie
  • Uitvoeren van een kostprijscalculatie/onderzoek VVE-uurtarief in 2028
  • Onafhankelijke advisering aan de gemeente Helmond over relevante (flankerende) thema's waaronder minimaal de volgende thema's:
  • nieuwkomersonderwijs,
  • inclusieve kinderopvang en inclusief onderwijs;
  • algemene input voor nieuwe beleidsnota's.
