De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van groepsinterviews. Hieronder kunnen onder meer focusgroepen, workshops en groepsgesprekken met ervaringsdeskundigen en experts vallen. De Opdrachtgever wil een Dienstverlener contracteren die voorziet in de dienstverlening met betrekking tot het uitvoeren van kwalitatieve groepsinterviews. Dit in het kader van het verder vormgeven van de kwalitatieve data-infrastructuur (KDI) van het Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau (SCP), onderdeel van VWS. De dienstverlening binnen de opdracht, waaronder de eventuele afroep van de hieronder beschreven optie voor een onderzoeksrapport, dient te worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden voor de omvang en samenstelling van het groepsgesprek, de gehanteerde gesprekstechnieken, de ervaring van de gespreksleider en de beloning.
