Stichting Amsterdam UMC is voornemens een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit te schrijven voor het integraal onderhoud van de terrein- en groenvoorzieningen op beide locaties: AMC en VUmc in Amsterdam.

Het betreft een opdracht voor het uitvoeren van dagelijks en planmatig groen- en grijsonderhoud conform de CROW Beeldkwaliteitscatalogus Openbare Ruimte, op een totaal terreinoppervlak van circa 69 hectare. De opdracht omvat onder meer het onderhoud van gazons, beplanting, bomen (inclusief VTA-controles), verhardingen, parkeerterreinen, hagen, watergangen en terreinelementen.

Amsterdam UMC is een 24/7-zorgomgeving die dagelijks door meer dan 15.000 personen wordt bezocht. De opdrachtnemer dient hierop zijn werkwijze af te stemmen, met oog voor veiligheid, continuïteit en representativiteit.
