Met deze aanbesteding wil Aanbestedende dienst tot een rechtmatige werkwijze komen voor het verkrijgen van (gecertificeerd geleverd) hout voor onze bedrijfsprocessen, die ze flexibiliteit geeft. We willen leveranciers vinden die we op een eenvoudige wijze willen laten concurreren, maar waarbij wij indien nodig ook snel over het materiaal willen kunnen beschikken tegen gunstige tarieven.
