Details

Deze procedure wordt gehouden conform artikel 2.48 tot en met 2.50 Aanbestedingswet 2012 (hierna: AW 2012). Aanbestedende dienst beoogt met de instelling van het Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem (DAS) op een eenvoudige en snelle wijze Nadere opdrachten te kunnen gunnen voor Geotechnische Onderzoeken en Adviesdiensten ten behoeve van haar werkzaamheden met een geschatte opdrachtsom groter dan € 50.000,- excl. BTW. Nadere Opdrachten onder deze drempel kunnen door de aanbesteder buiten het DAS onderhands worden gegund, overeenkomstig haar inkoop- en aanbestedingsbeleid.

Voor deze DAS wordt over de totale maximale looptijd (12 jaar) uitgegaan van een maximale contractwaarde van € 6.500.000,- x onzekerheidsfactor* 1,5 = € 9.750.000,- (excl. BTW).
