GUW/AOJOR/RBODIM/2026-27/016: TENDER NOTICE FOR INTERIOR FURNITURE WORK FOR RENOVATION OF SECHU ZUBZA BRANCH NAGALAND

The cost to include three drawers of 375 mm wide made up of 6mm/12mm ply of approved brand on right hand side of the table on telescopic slider with partitions for keeping of notes of different denominations, a keyboard tray 250 mm wide, CPU stand, foot rest as designe and direction by bank. The credenza unit should have openable/sliding shutter cupboard and intermediate horizontal shelves made in 12 mm thick plywood. All exposed edges to have teak wood bidding/lipping stained to match the desk and melamine finished. All inner surface to be finished with mat finish enamel paint of approve brand. The works to include all hardwares such as: castors, brass hinges, ball catchers, fully extendable drawer slides, auto locks, handles etc. of Godrej or approved make. Locks to be of single control type auto lock. Design and detail of the counters shall be as per Bank’s new uniform colour, layout & elevation policy, with curvature on front with flexi ply. Counter & Credenza top to be provided with 8mm thick glass duly finished on edges and necessary cut to accommodate wires, edges to be m/c polished, with ms powder coated wire manager, complete as directed by EIC and placement as per layout given. Rate inclueds removal of existing furniture. Ply/Block Board Make: MR Grade of Century/ Green/Archidply/Gattani/Kitply or equivalent. Laminate Make: Greenlam/Centurylam/Archidlam/Merinolam or equivalent. Each 3 2 Providing & fixing counter Front 12 mm thick float glass with polished edges,fixed with necessary S.S Brush finish brackets support on wooden partition as directed. Rate shalll includes fixing of frost film as per design & directed, cost of studs, making cut-outs for transaction and voice hole. SQM 2 3 Providing & Fixing 12 mm thick float glass of size 320mm (width) x 1100mm (height) & tapering towards bottom as per the design and shape as shown in Bank’s new uniform colour, layout & elevation policy, fixed with silicon and T.W beading support on wooden partition as directed, on either sides of SWO as per design. Rate shall includes etching of glass as directed by bank. All edges of glass shall be duly beveled & polished as directed complete. Make: Saintgobin/ Modiguard or equivalent. SQM 1 4 Supply and installing of size- 2130 mm x 930 mm x 750 mm including cost of side credenza (1080mm x 600mm x 750 mm) for Branch Manager made up of 19mm thick Block board all around, finshed with not less than 0.8 mm thick laminate of colour, shade & brand as approved. The table cost to include (pedestal), three drawers of 450 mm wide made with 6mm/12mm ply on right hand side on telescopic slider and a keyboard tray 250mm wide, CPU stand, foot rest as per design and direction by bank.
