Details

Norsk rikskringkasting (hereafter called NRK) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for new framework agreements for the hire of production resources for OB production, on-site and centralised. NRK is interested in proposals for new solutions and considers the requested packages in Annex 1 as the most frequently needed packages. The value of the contract has varied up until now and is expected to continue as follows (from NOK 5-20 million per annum). The way NRK produces is constantly being developed and our ability to deliver on our social mission is dependent on the hire of these types of services. Although NRK here estimates volumes, we can neither decide nor commit to a specific volume, neither for the individual area nor for the total extent. It is important to note that NRK's need for OB production varies depending on the production contracts we make and the rights we acquire, technological development and supplementary needs in the contract period. NRK reserves the right to outsource major projects if these deviate from normal use of the contract.

Lots Lot 1 — On-site production (estimated 160000000.00): On-site production: Involves traditional OB production (or pure equipment hire as a supplement) where all equipment and personnel are assembled at the location. Comprises capacity packages from small (8+ cameras) up to "largest" (30+ cameras, which only applies to this category). The packages for on-site production shall as a standard include at least one EIC (Engineered in Charge). Lot 2 — Centralised production (estimated 160000000.00): Centralised production: Involves production divided between an outside unit with equipment and personnel at the location, combined with a centralised control room in Oslo. Requires expanded documentation on the outdoor part, system set up for signal contribution, control room and sound concept.

Before you bid on this tender

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this sports, recreation & events opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.

  • Confirm the exact closing date and time (and time zone) on the official portal — deadlines are strict and can be revised by a corrigendum.
  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
  • Prepare any earnest-money deposit (EMD) or bid security and the required formats early; missing or wrongly-formatted documents are a common cause of rejection.

  • Watch for corrigenda and clarifications right up to the deadline — requirements and dates can change.
