Norsk rikskringkasting (heretter benevnt NRK) inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse om nye rammeavtaler for innleie av produksjonsressurser til OB-produksjon, stedlig og sentralisert. NRK er interessert i forslag til nye løsninger, og anser de pakkene som etterspørres i Bilag 1 som de behovene vi hyppigst har behov for å benytte oss av.Verdien av avtaleomfanget har variert fram til nå og forventes å fortsette slik (fra 5–20 MNOK/pr år). Måten NRK produserer på er hele tiden under utvikling og vår evne til å levere på vårt samfunnsoppdrag er avhengig av innleie av denne type tjenester. Selv om NRK her anslår volumer, kan vi verken bestemme eller forplikte oss til et bestemt volum, hverken for det enkelte område eller for det samlede omfang.Det er viktig å merke seg at NRKs behov for OB-produksjon varierer avhengig av produksjonsavtaler vi gjør og rettigheter vi erverver, teknologisk utvikling og suppleringsbehov i avtaleperioden.NRK forbeholder seg retten til å konkurranseutsette større prosjekter dersom disse avviker fra normal bruk av avtalen.
