Deze aanbesteding heeft tot doel één Opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor het verrichten van Persoonsgebonden Telefonie. Deze opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de Economisch Meest Voordelige Inschrijving (EMVI) heeft aangeboden op basis van de beste prijs kwaliteit verhouding. In de gewenste situatie is de vaste telefonie omgeving van Opdrachtgever, gebaseerd op het bestaande platform via Microsoft Teams, als centraal telefonie platform in beheer genomen door Opdrachtnemer. Aanvullend worden mobiele telecommunicatiediensten geleverd. Het centrale telefonie platform en de mobiele telecommunicatiedienst zijn zodanig geconfigureerd dat conform de profielmatrix voor organisatie, groepen en individuele medewerkers een optimale (functionele) telefonische bereikbaarheid is gegarandeerd.
