Details

Het doel van de opdracht is om één (1) professionele beveiligingsdienstverlener te contracteren die gedurende minimaal drie (3) en maximaal zes (6) jaar zorgt voor de betrouwbare, continue en protocol-gestuurde uitvoering van alle benodigde beveiligingsdiensten binnen HHR waarvan tenminste meldkamer, alarmopvolging, cameraverificatie, lopen van brand- en sluitrondes en incidentele uitvragen voor beveiligers/suppoosten. Het beoogde eindresultaat is een goed functionerende, beheersbare en flexibele Raamovereenkomst waarin: *Alle beveiligingsdiensten betrouwbaar en conform vaste protocollen worden uitgevoerd, waaronder meldkamerwerkzaamheden, alarmopvolging, cameraverificatie, brand- en sluitrondes, surveillances, openen/sluiten en suppoostdiensten. *Een stabiel en veilig app- en online platform beschikbaar is waarmee geautoriseerde medewerkers (ca. 150) zelfstandig operationele instellingen kunnen beheren zoals teststanden, roostertijden en locatie gebonden activiteitenlogs. *De dienstverlening voldoet aan alle wettelijke verplichtingen, kwaliteitsnormen, KPI’s, responstijdnormen en privacy- en beveiligingseisen (AVG, ISO’s, Wpbr/Rpbr, Wwke en NIS2). *Mogelijkheid om aanvullende diensten zoals alleen werkenopvolging, centralistdienst, vaste beveiligingsdienst en innovatiepilots binnen dezelfde Raamovereenkomst toe te voegen. *De Opdrachtgever wordt ontzorgd, terwijl de functionarissen van de afdeling fysieke beveiliging en de contractmanager kunnen sturen op kwaliteit, naleving en continuïteit. *Ruimte bestaat voor doorontwikkeling en innovatie, zodat de beveiligingsdienstverlening meebeweegt met technologische en organisatorische ontwikkelingen. Het eindresultaat is daarmee een veilige, toekomstbestendige en integraal georganiseerde beveiligingsketen die de bedrijfsvoering van HHR ondersteunt en beschermt.
