De Rechtspraak wil één landelijke overeenkomst sluiten met een gespecialiseerde dienstverlener die optreedt als integrale partner op het gebied van woonhuisbeveiliging en family security. De dienstverlening richt zich op medewerkers van de Rechtspraak die vanwege hun functie of omstandigheden worden geconfronteerd met een verhoogd veiligheidsrisico. De opdrachtnemer moet niet alleen beveiligingsmaatregelen kunnen adviseren, leveren en onderhouden, maar ook zorgen voor monitoring, alarmopvolging, begeleiding, advies, coördinatie en ‘speciale diensten’ gedurende de gehele looptijd van een beveiligingstraject. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht bedraagt gemiddeld € 800.000, -- exclusief btw per jaar, derhalve €4.000.000,-- exclusief btw over een looptijd van 5 jaar. Om te voorkomen dat de contractuele maximumwaarde tussentijds wordt overschreden en de raamovereenkomst voor het beoogde einde van de looptijd haar effect zou verliezen, sluiten we de raamovereenkomst af met een maximale opdrachtwaarde van € 6.000.000,--exclusief btw.
