De gemeente Groningen heeft als doel om per perceel met meerdere opdrachtnemers een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de levering van voertuigen GVW tot 7500 kg. De uitvraag is opgedeeld in 4 percelen: - Perceel 1: Personenwagens; - Perceel 2: Bestelwagens; - Perceel 3: Bedrijfswagens tot 7500 kg; - Perceel 4: Terreinwagens 4x4. De totale geraamde opdrachtwaarde inclusief optiejaren bedraagt € 15.900.000,- excl. BTW (alle percelen tezamen) De maximale contractwaarde inclusief optiejaren bedraagt € 23.850.000 excl. BTW (alle percelen tezamen).

Lots Lot 1 — Personenwagens: Het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal 3 opdrachtnemers voor het leveren van personenwagens. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde inclusief optiejaren voor perceel 1 bedraagt € 3.765.000,-. de maximale waarde voor dit perceel bedraagt € 5.647.500,- excl. BTW. Lot 2 — Bestelwagens: Het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal 5 opdrachtnemers voor het leveren van bestelwagens. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde inclusief optiejaren voor perceel 2 bedraagt € 8.810.000,-. de maximale waarde voor dit perceel bedraagt € 13.215.000,- excl. BTW. Lot 3 — Bedrijfswagens tot 7500 kg: Het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal 3 opdrachtnemers voor het leveren van bedrijfswagens tot 7500 kg. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde inclusief optiejaren voor perceel 3 bedraagt € 2.810.000,-. de maximale waarde voor dit perceel bedraagt € 4.215.000,- excl. BTW. Lot 4 — Terreinwagens 4x4: Het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal 3 opdrachtnemers voor het leveren van terreinwagens 4x4.
