De Opdracht betreft het huren van Kunstkerstbomen en Kerstdecoraties die worden geplaatst op Defensielocaties in Nederland. De Opdrachtnemer verhuurt de Kunstkerstbomen en Kerstdecoraties aan Opdrachtgever en levert deze op alle Defensielocaties in Nederland met uitzondering van de Waddeneilanden. Het gaat om volledige ontzorging (huur): Opdrachtnemer draagt jaarlijks zorg voor het leveren, plaatsen, optuigen, aftuigen, verwijderen, transporteren en opslaan van Kunstkerstbomen (inclusief versiering) en Kerstdecoraties (Kerststukken en Guirlandes). Voor de Aanbestedende dienst is het van belang dat Opdrachtnemer een groot, gevarieerd, kwalitatief en representatief assortiment landelijk kan leveren, tegen een constante kwaliteit. Voor een uitvoerige beschrijving van de opdracht wordt verwezen naar het Programma van Eisen opgenomen als bijlage bij deze Leidraad.

Lots Lot 1 — Raamovereenkomst Kunstkerstbomen en Kerstdecoraties (estimated 1256450): De Opdracht betreft het huren van Kunstkerstbomen en Kerstdecoraties die worden geplaatst op Defensielocaties in Nederland. De Opdrachtnemer verhuurt de Kunstkerstbomen en Kerstdecoraties aan Opdrachtgever en levert deze op alle Defensielocaties in Nederland met uitzondering van de Waddeneilanden.
