Ieder jaar organiseert opdrachtgever de officiële opening van het studiejaar op de Derde Donderdag in September (hierna te noemen DDiS). Tijdens de DDiS ontmoeten alle collega’s elkaar en openen we officieel het nieuwe studiejaar. Daarbij staat de organisatie stil bij waar zij als organisatie voor staat en wat de ambities zijn voor het komende jaar. Het aantal deelnemers aan het evenement waarmee gerekend wordt is 1.250 medewerkers. Aan de genoemde omvang zijn geen rechten te ontlenen. Gebaseerd op historische gegevens was jaarlijkse waarde van de opdracht gemiddeld € 300.000.- inclusief btw per jaar. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op een totaal van maximaal € 1.400.000,-. Hierbij is rekening gehouden met toekomstige indexeringen. Indien de opgegeven omvang eerder is gerealiseerd dan de einddatum van de raamovereenkomst, eindigt de overeenkomst.
