De scription of the Assignment: National Consultant for leading the Study on Assessing the Effectiveness of Implementation of Legal Normative Documents after Promulgation

Women, Persons with disabilities, persons from ethnic groups and people from other diverse groups are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women The overall objective of the assignment is to lead the development of the scientific and practical basis for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of legal normative documents after promulgation and, on that basis, to develop a proposed assessment framework, a set of criteria and a broad, indicative set of indicators suitable for the Vietnamese context.

Period of assignment/services: From November 2026 to 31 March 2027 (40 days) - Home-based
