Le Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) souhaite réaliser des travaux de mise aux normes d’une salle de peinture située au centre Lebourgneuf, afin d’assurer sa conformité aux exigences applicables et de maintenir la pérennité et la fonctionnalité de ses installations. Les travaux comprennent principalement des interventions en architecture visant notamment la modification de la configuration, des dimensions et de certains éléments de la salle de peinture. Des travaux complémentaires en mécanique et en électricité sont également requis afin d’assurer la conformité et le bon fonctionnement des installations. Le RTC est accompagné d’une équipe de professionnels en architecture et en ingénierie dans le cadre de la conception et de la réalisation du projet. Les plans, devis et autres documents contractuels préparés par ces professionnels décrivent de façon détaillée les travaux à réaliser et font partie intégrante du présent appel d’offres. Le contrat visé par le présent appel d’offres sera octroyé à un entrepreneur général pour la réalisation de l’ensemble des travaux requis.
