DTU ønsker at indgå en mægleraftale med henblik på salg forskningsskibet, DANA IV. En nærmere teknisk beskrivelse af forskningsskibet fremgår af Bilag 3 – DANA IV. Leverandøren skal bistå DTU med salget af DTU's skib og skal som led heri identificere, opsøge og formidle kontakt til potentielle købere. Leverandøren skal tilrettelægge og gennemføre salgsprocessen med henblik på at finde en egnet køber til skibet. Skibet, der skal sælges, er beskrevet som følger: Navn: DANA IV IMO: 7912680 Type: Forskningsskib Bygget: 1981, Dannebrog Værft A/S (Danmark) Flag: Dansk Bruttotonnage: 2545 Nettotonnage: 763 Skibet søges solgt til markedspris. Salget omfatter alt udstyr ombord. DTU er åben for at modtage rimelige købstilbud, men sådanne tilbud skal godkendes af DTU.
