Oppdragsgiver skal gjennomføre en mediekonvertering av ca. 270 hyllemeter (hm) med papirarkiv, samt minneenheter og CD’er. Papirarkivet skal ordnes, listeføres og mediekonverteres. Minneenheter og CD’er skal arkiveres på lik linje med papirarkivet. Formålet med mediekonvertering av det fysiske arkivet er å erstatte papiroriginalene med en fullverdig digital versjon, slik at papiroriginalene kan destrueres etter at kvalitetskontroll av ny digital original er gjennomført. Arkivene skal kunne avleveres i digitalt format til Oslo Byarkiv henhold til krav Byarkivet stiller, herunder bevarings- og kassasjonsregler slik de er utformet i Oslo kommunes bevarings- og kassasjonsplan (OKA).
