Oslo kommune v/Sykehjemsetaten (SYE), gjennomfører en konseptvalgutredning (KVU) for fremtidig organisering av produksjon og levering av middagsmåltider til eldre i institusjon, og eventuelt til beboere i Omsorg+ med omfattende bistandsbehov.
