Formål med anskaffelsen
Horten kommune skal anskaffe et verktøy for medarbeiderundersøkelser og pulsmålinger. Verktøyet skal gi kommunen relevant innsikt i medarbeideropplevelsen og i forhold som påvirker arbeidsmiljø, ledelse og utvikling.
