This procurement is the first stage of a two-stage process. The Registration of Interest (ROI) stage is a supplier qualification process intended to identify up to three respondents with the capability, capacity, systems and experience required to deliver the project. The project involves the design and construction of a destination playground that reflects community aspirations, supports inclusive and accessible play, incorporates local identity and stories, and provides a safe and engaging play experience for future generations. The successful Stage 1 respondents will be invited to participate in a Stage 2 Request for Proposal and Design Competition process. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience delivering comparable design and construction projects, appropriate health and safety systems, financial and operational capability, and capacity to deliver the project programme. No concept design or pricing information is required at Stage 1.
