OFA IKS inviterer leverandører til markedsdialog i forbindelse med planlagt anskaffelse av ny rammeavtale for medisinsk forbruksmateriell. Formålet med dialogen er å få bedre innsikt i markedets standardløsninger, sortimentsbredde, leveringskapasitet og tiltak for å sikre stabile leveranser ved forsyningsavvik. OFA IKS ønsker særlig innspill om hvordan et felles kjernesortiment med høy grad av standardisering på tvers av kommunene kan etableres, samtidig som nødvendige lokale unntak ivaretas. Dialogen skal bidra til å utforme en konkurranse som er realistisk, konkurransefremmende og godt tilpasset kommunenes samlede behov. Leverandører inviteres til å dele erfaringer, muligheter og eventuelle risikoforhold som bør hensyntas i anskaffelsen.
Oppdragsgiver åpner for korte dialogmøter på Kjøoita 40 Kristiansand, eller via teams, og ber leverandørene i tillegg sende inn skriftlig svar på spørsmålene i fanen spørsmålsskjema.
Vedlagt er utkast til kravspesifikasjon, prisskjema (lastes opp 02.09) og tildelingskriterier.
