LVNL wenst één geschikte dienstverlener te selecteren die LVNL zelfstandig en langdurig kan ondersteunen bij het beheer, onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van het ServiceNow-platform, inclusief de daarop gebaseerde modules, scoped applicaties en integraties. De nadruk ligt op het waarborgen van continuïteit, beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit, veiligheid en toekomstbestendigheid van het platform. De dienstverlener levert hiervoor specialistische ondersteuningsdiensten in de vorm van Managed Services voor beheer en Consultancy voor doorontwikkeling.
