Deze aanbesteding heeft als doel één geschikte dienstverlener te selecteren die Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL) zelfstandig langdurig kan ondersteunen bij het beheer, onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van de Microsoft 365 Omgeving, inclusief maatwerkapplicaties en samenwerkingsomgevingen, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het waarborgen van continuïteit, kwaliteit en innovatie. De geselecteerde dienstverlener levert hiervoor specialistische ondersteuningsdiensten zoals managed services (proactief, preventief en correctief beheer), kennisdeling en doorontwikkeling, en werkt nauw samen met het interne applicatiebeheerteam om de Microsoft 365 Omgeving toekomstbestendig, efficiënt en optimaal afgestemd op de organisatiebehoeften te houden. De geschatte opdrachtwaarde is €3.000.000 voor Dienst 1 en Dienst 2. Echter heeft LVNL geen afnameverplichting t.a.v. Dienst 2 - Consultancy (doorontwikkeling).
