The Contract Works required are: The proposal is to upgrade the safety and security systems in Block K by installing magnetic electronic door devices to restrict unsupervised student access through designated exit doors. The works include integrating the new door controls with the existing fire alarm and upgraded security alarm systems, installing video intercom entry systems at two external doors, replacing an emergency exit light, and providing a new compliant emergency lighting test circuit. All works are to improve student safety, security, and compliance with relevant standards. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
