Respondents must meet the following pre-conditions: • Public-sector reference ability The proposed solution must be in active use by at least two comparable public-sector organisations (New Zealand or equivalent overseas jurisdictions), demonstrating enterprise-scale deployment and operational maturity. • SAAS Solution Proposed solution must be offered as SaaS. • Security The proposed SaaS solution must comply with New Zealand Government security requirements, including the Protective Security Requirements (PSR) and the New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM).
