Long-Term Arrangement - Provision of Facility Management Services - Two Damascus Guesthouses

This tender is open to the following companies:

Syrian companies .

Foreign companies holding a valid official permit to operate in Syria.

Foreign companies that have entered into a valid Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with a Syrian company .

All relevant commercial registration documents of the company. In the case of a Joint Venture, commercial registration documents for all companies forming the Joint Venture should be provided.

UNICEF Syria intends to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for the provision of integrated facility management services for its two guest houses in Mazzeh, Damascus , which accommodate UNICEF staff. The facilities comprise two buildings of four and three floors , respectively, along with associated areas including gardens, swimming pools, rooftops, and parking spaces .

The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering year-round facility management services , including preventive and corrective maintenance, cleaning, gardening, pest control, and other technical support services , in accordance with the agreed Terms of Reference (ToR) and service standards. The LTA aims to ensure service continuity, cost efficiency, and timely response to operational needs , and may also be utilized by other UN agencies operating in Syria , subject to capacity and contractual conditions.
