Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Vehicle Hire Services in North-East Nigeria

UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals] in order to select a supplier for the provision of Vehicle Hire Services in North-East Nigeria.

UNICEF intends to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of vehicle hire services in North-East Nigeria to support official movement of staff, consultants, authorized personnel and limited goods within Borno, Yobe and Adamawa States, and other locations across Nigeria as required. The LTA will cover sedan/saloon cars, seven-seater buses, fourteen-seater buses and SUV 4x4/Hilux vehicles with qualified drivers. The arrangement will be for an initial period of two years from 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2028, with possible extension for one additional year subject to satisfactory performance, continued need and availability of funds. The service provider will be responsible for fueling, maintenance, insurance, drivers, permits, safety equipment and all related operational costs. Evaluation will be based on 70% technical and 30% financial criteria, with a minimum technical pass mark of 49 out of 70 points

This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
