AVIS PUBLIC – PROCÉDURE OUVERTE Appel d'offres 378/2026 Location de quatre (4) chenillettes sans opérateur Des soumissions scellées seront reçues par la Ville de Granby au plus tard 14 h , heure locale en vigueur, mardi, 22 septembre 2026, pour la location de quatre chenillettes sans opérateur. Pour être reçue, toute soumission doit se trouver physiquement (sous forme papier), sous pli cacheté, à la réception de l'Hôtel de Ville situé au 87, rue Principale à Granby, au plus tard à l'heure et la date mentionnées ci-haut. Le soumissionnaire doit se procurer le document d’appel d’offres directement du Système Électronique d’Appel d’Offres (SÉAO) au coût établi en consultant le site internet seao.gouv .qc.ca. Le soumissionnaire doit avoir un établissement au Québec ou dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la Ville de Granby selon les conditions de l’appel d’offres. La Ville de Granby ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions présentées et n'encourt aucune obligation envers les soumissionnaires. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement, immédiatement après l'expiration du délai fixé pour leur réception, à l'Hôtel de Ville de Granby.
