80131500 - Lease and rental of property or building DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is seeking to identify available office space in Quibdo, Colombia to enter into a lease contract for an initial term of one (1), with four (4) optional one-year term extensions. The premises should include the following general considerations:

- Total building area required: 260 - 300 square meters

- Area for meeting room: 40 square meters

- Area for workstations to accommodate eighteen (18) staff: 220 - 260 square meters

- Minimum parking area: three (3) vehicles. The minimum dimensions for parking spaces must be

no less than 5.5 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width - Minimum two (2) bathrooms with toilets - The premises should have at least a small kitchen/cafeteria with an area of 10 square meters, that accomodates microwave (30 liters capacity avg), refrigerator (550 liters capacity avg), dishwasher and kitchen counter - Utilities should be included in the monthly cost as a reimbursement amount - Facilities maintenance should be considered in the proposal (please see below for additional information). La Misión de Verificación de las Naciones Unidas en Colombia (MVNUC) busca identificar oficinas disponibles en Quibdo, Colombia, para firmar un contrato de arrendamiento con un plazo inicial de un (1) año, con cuatro (4) prórrogas opcionales de un año. El local debe cumplir con las siguientes condiciones
