Oppdragsgiver ønsker å knytte til seg en profesjonell samarbeidspartner for å gjennomføre byggearbeider, tømrer, og maling, samt vaktmestertjenester, i forbindelse med forvaltning av våre eide og eventuelt leide bygg i det geografiske området Øst-Finnmark. Leverandøren må ha lokalt ansatte i området, da arbeider kan haste og de må da ha kort reiseavstand.
Oppdragsgiver forvalter bygningsmasser med ansvar for drift, vedlikehold og utvikling av eiendomsporteføljen. Det vil være forskjeller i behovet for oppdrag og tjenester fra år til år.
Formålet med denne rammeavtalen er å forvalte våre eide og leide bygg på en profesjonell og fremtidsrettet måte. Middelet vil være å inngå en rammeavtale med én Leverandør som kan levere avtalte tjenester. Rammeavtalen skal også bidra til å endre fokus fra skader og reparasjoner og over til forebyggende vedlikehold
