Arbeidene skal skje på Moflata, rv. 36 Telemarksveien i Skien kommune.
Kontrakten gjelder forberedende arbeider før hovedkontrakten på Moflata igangsettes. Dette gjelder
riving av to boliger, planering av disse eiendommene, en skal benyttes til parkeringsareal for naboer
og en kan benyttes til riggområde. I tillegg skal det gjennomføres styrt boring for å legge vann,
avløpsrør og tele- og strømkabler i ny trase. Høyspent skal etableres i egen ny trase.
Borearbeidene vil skje nær et leilighetsbygg og vil kunne hindre eierne å bruke sin
parkeringsgarasje. Siden den ene boligen gir plass til parkeringsareal for disse beboerne, så må
denne boligen rives før øvrige arbeider igangsettes.
