Details
Alta kommune skal etablere en ny ungdomsinstitusjon på eiendommen Vertshushagen 1, 9513 Alta. Bygget skal erstatte dagens omsorgsinstitusjon Storbakken og skal fungere som et omsorgs- og botilbud for ungdom i alderen 13–18 år.
Institusjonen skal ha kapasitet til inntil fire ungdommer og skal legge til rette for et trygt, funksjonelt og hjemlig bomiljø. Bygget skal samtidig understøtte barneverntjenestens arbeid gjennom å kunne benyttes til ulike hjelpetiltak, oppfølgingstiltak, akuttplasseringer og overganger mellom ulike omsorgs- og behandlingstilbud.
Alta kommune ønsker en fleksibel og fremtidsrettet løsning som gir mulighet for tilpasning til endrede behov innenfor kommunens helse-, omsorgs- og barneverntjenester.
Bygget oppføres med et samlet bruksareal (BRA) på ca. 324 m² og skal blant annet inneholde:
- Fire beboerrom for ungdom
- Felles stue og kjøkken
- Egen TV-/oppholdsstue
- Besøksleilighet for pårørende og besøkende
- Ansattdel med kontor-, møte- og arbeidsfasiliteter
- Nødvendige støttefunksjoner, lager, tekniske rom og sanitærrom
Utforming, planløsning og materialvalg skal tilpasses målgruppen og bidra til et robust, trygt og verdig botilbud med gode arbeidsforhold for ansatte og gode rammer for ungdommenes hverdag og utvikling.
