Alta kommune inviterer til åpen tilbudskonkurranse for inngåelse av rammeavtale for kjøp av arbeidstøy, sengetøy, håndklær, kluter og lignende til helseinstitusjoner.

For enkelte sykehjemsavdelinger i Alta kommune er det inngått leieavtale inkl. vask på arbeidstøy, sengetøy og frottè. Disse avdelingene er ikke inkludert i denne avtalen. Se prisskjema og kravspesifikasjon for detaljert oversikt.

Avtaleperiode og omfang:

Avtaleperioden er 2 år. Oppdragsgiver skal i tillegg ha opsjon på å forlenge kontrakten ytterligere 1 + 1 år på samme vilkår. Prolongeringen foretas automatisk dersom. Lengste varighet på avtalen er 4 år.

Det antas at rammeavtalen har en samlet årlig verdi på ca 200.000 kr. Estimert samlet kontraktsverdi for hele perioden utgjør ca 800.000 kr. Maksverdi på avtalen er satt til 1.000.000 kr. eks. mva. Beløpet er veiledende og skal ikke medføre noen forpliktelse for kommunen eller rettigheter for leverandøren. Det tas forbehold om endringer i volum som følge av økonomiske rammevilkår, organisatoriske endringer og kommunal aktivitet.
