Alta kommune, heretter kalt Oppdragsgiver innbyr til åpen tilbudskonkurranse med inngåelse av levering av friluftsaktiviteter for mennesker med funksjonsnedsettelser. Anskaffelsen som vi har kalt Frisk luft er tilrettelagte aktiviteter ute hos tilbyderne. Det skal inngås inntil 4 delkontrakter som ivaretar ulike friluftsaktiviteter i kontakt med natur og dyr. Slike tjenester kan for eksempel være ulike gårdsaktiviteter, besøk i hundegård/hundekjøring og samisk kultur og reindrift. Samtlige aktiviteter skal gi personer med funksjonsnedsettelser et meningsfylt og tilrettelagt aktivitetstilbud, der blant annet mestring, trivsel og gode naturopplevelser er viktig.
