Scope of Bid : The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit bids for the supply and delivery of portable projectors in accordance with the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Attachment 3 – Technical Bid Form: The bidder shall duly accomplish, sign, and submit the Technical Bid Form as part of the technical proposal in accordance with the bidding requirements. All prices should be clearly indicated and aligned with the requirements specified in the bidding documents. ADB will negotiate and establish a one-year supply framework agreement with the successful bidder to secure the supply of additional units, if needed, during the contract period. Any additional fees communicated after the submission of quotation will not be accepted and processed. Attachment 5 – Bid Securing Form : This form serves as a bid security to ensure the bidder’s commitment to participate in the process in good faith. Bidders are required to complete and submit this form as part of their proposal. Submission of a bid implies acceptance of these terms.
