De scope van de opdracht is het samen met de opdrachtgever voorbereiden van de gladheidsbestrijding, het leveren en onderhouden van het benodigd materieel en materiaal voor de gladheidsbestrijding en het ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van de gladheidsbestrijding.

Om een versnipperde inkoop te voorkomen is gekozen voor een opgavegerichte aanpak.

Buiten deze inkoop vallen:

o Het leveren van zout en pekel; o Het coördineren en uitvoeren van gladheidsbestrijding; o Het beheer en onderhoud van de gemeentelijke wegdekmeetpunten; o Het leveren van Meteorologische ondersteuning.
