De gemeente volgt een openbare Europese procedure met gunning op Beste Prijs-Kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV) om met maximaal drie (3) adviesbureaus een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor de uitwerking van het Omgevingsplan voor de gemeente Roosendaal.

De gemeente Roosendaal is op zoek naar meerdere deskundig adviesbureau’s die onderling kunnen samenwerken en kunnen helpen bij het opstellen en uitwerken van het omgevingsplan zoals bedoeld in de Omgevingswet. De aanbestedende dienst kiest nadrukkelijk voor een multidisciplinaire aanpak waarin ieder bureau een specifieke expertise inbrengt, maar ook constructief samenwerkt aan één integraal en juridisch houdbaar omgevingsplan. De bureaus leveren op afroep advies- en ondersteuningsteams (uurtariefbasis), en werken onder regie van de gemeente samen en wisselen informatie uit om consistentie, kwaliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen.
