The Protect Delivery Team, part of the NAD Group Ministry of Defence (MoD) requires a new contract to provide a continuation of In-Service Support for Mini Demolition Remote Firing Devices. The Firing Devices are used to initiate Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and controlled demolitions. The Firing Devices are used in both manual operations and Remote-Controlled Vehicle (RCV) operations across the EOD community. Therefore, a replacement contract is required to support the continued use of the equipment. The contract duration will be for a maximum period of 8 years, 4 years plus 4 x 1-year options. The total estimated contract value is £504,167 (Ex VAT) or £605,000 (Inc VAT).
