This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of HWY25004 - Equipment Storage Building (ESB) Milestone, as further described in the RFB Particulars. The scope of work includes construction of a new Equipment Storage Building (ESB) for the Ministry of Highways in Milestone. This work will comprise of structural, mechanical, electrical and site grading and all required works shown in the drawings and specifications. The work also includes the demolition of the existing building. Further details are provided in RFB Particulars in Appendix A. A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 24, 2026, CST (Local Saskatchewan Time). Attendance is not mandatory; however, all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a Bid. Meet at the main entrance of Milestone ESB facility (Coordinates: 49°59'18.0"N 104° 30'19.0"W).

Participation process
