Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach. Quantity Surveying Services: This contract opportunity relates to Quantity Surveying Services for the Standalone Houses Upgrades Project (the Project).
