«ΕΡΓΑΣΙΕΣ ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗΣ ΜΝΗΜΕΙΩΝ ΑΡΧΑΙΟΛΟΓΙΚΟΥ ΧΩΡΟΥ ΕΡΕΤΡΙΑΣ (Α΄ ΦΑΣΗ)»
Lots Lot 1 — Διακήρυξη Αρ. 2/2026: Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι εργασίες συντήρησης των μνημείων του αρχαιολογικού χώρου Ερέτριας που εντάσσονται στην Α΄ φάση του έργου ενοποίησης των μνημείων βορείως της Λεωφόρου Ίσιδος και αφορούν στα μνημεία, Δυτικής Συνοικίας (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της Δυτικής Πύλης), Ναού Διονύσου, Βορείου Γυμνασίου, Σεβαστείου, Βιοτεχνικής Συνοικίας, σύμφωνα με τα περιγραφόμενα στη μελέτη συντήρησης. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV): 92522000-6 Υπηρεσίες συντήρησης ιστορικών χώρων και κτιρίων. Η ανάθεση της σύμβασης υπό την μορφή χωριστών τμημάτων δεν είναι δυνατή λόγω της φύσης του έργου, το οποίο συνιστά ενιαίο σύνολο με ενιαίο αισθητικό ύφος. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 201.612,90€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 250.000,00€). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε 18 μήνες. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής.
