Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια τεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού πληροφορικής για το νέο κτίριο της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης στο Λάκκο η οποία θα καλύψει τις ανάγκες που έχουν προκύψει σε πάγιο εξοπλισμό πληροφορικής (ΗΥ, εκτυπωτές και συναφή είδη) στο πλαίσιο της εξυπηρέτησης των Υπηρεσιών Περιφέρειας Κρήτης και της ΠΕ Ηρακλείου. Φορέας χρηματοδότησης της σύμβασης είναι το Περιφερειακό Πρόγραμμα Ανάπτυξης Προγραμματικής Περιόδου 2026-2030 της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης. Η δαπάνη για την εν λόγω σύμβαση βαρύνει τον με Κ.Α.: 2026ΑΠ00200038 με κωδικό MIS 5229705 της ΑΠ002 της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης. Η σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται σε 4 ομάδες και οι συμμετέχοντες στο διαγωνισμό μπορούν να υποβάλλουν προσφορές είτε για μία (1) ομάδα μεμονωμένα, είτε για περισσότερες ή για το σύνολο των ομάδων. Οι προσφορές θα υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των ειδών των ομάδων και θα καλύπτουν ολόκληρη την ποσότητα του είδους. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής ανά ομάδα.

Lot 2 — ΟΜΑΔΑ 2 ΦΩΤΟΤΥΠΙΚΑ-ΕΚΤΥΠΩΤΕΣ Α4 (estimated 28225.75): Προμήθεια α) ΦΩΤΟΑΝΤΙΓΡΑΦΙΚΟ-ΕΚΤΥΠΩΤΗΣ-ΕΓΧΡΩΜΟΣ ΣΑΡΩΤΗΣ, Ασπρόμαυρος Α3 (50 ppm) -5 τεμαχίων και β) ΕΚΤΥΠΩΤΗΣ- Α4, Black, Laser-20 τεμαχίων. Lot 3 — ΟΜΑΔΑ 3 ΟΘΟΝΕΣ Η.Υ. (estimated 16129.05): Προμήθεια α) Οθόνη ΗΥ 24’’-90 τεμαχίων και β) ΟΘΟΝΕΣ ΗΥ 27’’-15 τεμαχίων.
