Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργολαβίας είναι η κατασκευή πρωτεύοντος και δευτερεύοντος δικτύου αποχέτευσης ακαθάρτων, τμημάτων της Δημοτικής Κοινότητας Αγίου Στεφάνου και των οικισμών Ραπεντώσας και Πευκόφυτου του Δήμου Διονύσου. Επίσης, περιλαμβάνονται δεκατρία αντλιοστάσια ακαθάρτων (από τα οποία τα εφτά τυποποιημένα) μετά των απαιτούμενων καταθλιπτικών αγωγών, καθώς και η κατασκευή 3.700 περίπου ιδιωτικών συνδέσεων.
