Lots Lot 1 — B1, Geotechn. Erkundungen Baugrund + Pfeiler: Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind Erkundungs- und bauwerksdiagnostische Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Planung des Ersatzneubaus der Josef-Kardinal-Frings-Brücke (JKFB) zwischen Neuss und Düsseldorf. Die Untersuchungen dienen zum einen der Gewinnung von Erkenntnissen über die Baugrund- und Grundwasserverhältnisse im Bereich des Rheinvorlands und im Strombereich. Zum anderen soll die bestehende Bausubstanz der Pfeiler und Widerlager hinsichtlich Ihrer materialtechnologischen Qualität bewertet werden. Beides dient als Basis für die weitere Planung. Außerdem sollen Grundlagen für den Abbruch und die Entsorgung im Falle von notwendigen Rückbauarbeiten der Unterbauten geschaffen werden.
