Lots Lot 1 — A40, D01, 8-streifiger Ausbau AS Duisburg/Homberg-AS Duisburg/Häfen, Ersatzneubau Rheinbrücke Neuenkamp - H1-Prüfung Rheinbrücke Duisburg Neuenkamp TBW Nord + TBW Süd (Endzustand): Die geplante Baumaßnahme umfasst den Ausbau der A40 zwischen den Anschlussstellen Duisburg-Homberg und Duisburg-Häfen. Der gesamte Planungsabschnitt befindet sich im Stadtgebiet Duisburg. Der Ausbau beginnt westlich der Anschlussstelle Duisburg-Homberg an der Wirtschaftswegüberführung bei Betriebskilometer 34+100 und erstreckt sich bis in den Bereich der Anschlussstelle Duisburg-Häfen. Die Gesamtlänge des Ausbauabschnitts beträgt rund 4,46 km. An den Ausbaugrenzen wird der neue Streckenabschnitt jeweils symmetrisch an den vorhandenen Bestand angeschlossen. Ein wesentliches prägendes Element des Streckenabschnitts ist der Ersatzneubau der Rheinbrücke Duisburg-Neuenkamp. Für den betrachteten Streckenabschnitt ist ein achtstreifiger Ausbau mit jeweils vier durchgehenden Fahrstreifen je Fahrtrichtung gemäß Regelquerschnitt RQ 43,5 vorgesehen. Daraus ergibt sich folgende Querschnittsaufteilung im Bereich der Rheinbrücke je Richtungsfahrbahn: Fahrbahnbreite: 18,75 m Kappen: 2,80 m + 2,35 m = 5,15 m Gesamtbreite: 23,90 m Wie bei der bestehenden Brücke werden beidseitig Geh- und Radwege mit nutzbaren Breiten von jeweils 2,75 m sowie 4,00 m (TBW Nord) überführt. Aus Gründen des Schallschutzes wird auf beiden Überbauten jeweils an der Außenkappe eine 6,50 m hohe, transparente Lärmschutzwand angeordnet.
