The Council of the City of Gold Coast (City) is seeking information in relation to Mechanical Maintenance and Repairs of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Plant and Equipments. This information will assist the City to further refine their requirement and understand the capabilities of the market to fulfil this requirement.

The City is considering engaging one or more Contractor(s) with suitably qualified and experienced personnel (which may include sub-contractors) to undertake preventative maintenance and reactive repairs of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems at various locations within the boundaries of the areas controlled by the City (Maintenance Services).
